Following a recruitment drive which lead to the employment of over 400 IENs in four years, the team took on a wealth of additional responsibilities for the pastoral care of the new recruits, sourcing suitable accommodation and successfully winning funding to create a new dedicated role of Pastoral and Accommodation Officer at WWL.
