NHS Professionals Testimonials
A high quality and flexible workforce is the key to being able to provide high quality patient care. This is why we need more flexible workers to return or join our bank, in order to keep up the NHS standards.
There are many roles available through the NHSP bank and these cover a wide range of specialities.

Why do you love working for the NHS? I have been extremely fortunate to work with amazing teams and staff members, who through dedication and passion have helped people achieve their personal best on the road to meeting their personal goals. I am passionate about healthcare and love helping people.
How does flexible working make a difference to your life and why do you enjoy working for NHSP? I enjoy working for NHSP because I thrive on learning and love new experiences, since joining in April last year, I have worked on many wards, across different Trusts, and learn every day, which keeps me both stimulated and motivated. Although, I have the flexibility to work less hours and days, I absolutely love working for NHSP and therefore work more days than I need to.
What has been your proudest moment working for the NHS? Although, I have had many personal proud moments, such as returning to practice with amazing colleagues in order to help out at the North West Nightingale Hospital, my proudest moment was undertaking my nurse training with both my daughters, who both graduated together and are now nurses working in spinal injuries and elderly medicine, and have been supporting the NHS through this difficult time.
