Patient Surveys

Wrightington, Wigan & Leigh Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust are part of the mandatory patient surveys coordinated by the CQC and NHS England.  As patients or service users  you may be contacted to take part.  Patient and survice user feedback is essential for the Trust to identify areas for improvement and areas that we are doing well.

We also undertake WWL patient surveys.  During your inpatient stay you may be asked by one of your ward team or a member of the patient experience team to take part in one of our surveys.  This is your opportunity to feedback on your experience and the care you have received during your stay.
