Have your say on our equality and inclusion work in 2024-25
Every year, as part of the requirements of the EDS, all NHS Trusts have to look at the equality and inclusion work undertaken in three of their patient services. They then need to ask service users and local community to have a say.
"Tell them if they are getting it right for everyone / people from all protected characteristics"
We want you to have a say on our equality and inclusion work at WWL.
The three services we have chosen to look at this year are:
Our Emergency Department for Adults (A&E)
Our Surgical Ward – Orrell Ward
Our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
The four questions we have to look at are:
Can all patients (who need to) access the service?
When patients use the service, do they feel safe?
Are individual patient's health needs being met?
Are patients reporting positive experiences?
We want you to be part of the conversation! please tell us what you think by completing our survey
